SHIPPING

Every piece is handmade by us here on Maui. 

• Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be crafted and shipped.
  
• Rush orders may be possible — if you’re on a special timeline, email me at studioimmersed@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help (rush fees may apply).
  
• Custom cast designs take about 8 weeks after the design is finalized.
  
• All pieces ship directly from Maui, Hawaii, so delivery times may vary depending on where you live.
  
• You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order is on its way.
  

RETURN AND REPAIRS

Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and handmade, I don’t offer returns on most orders. But I truly want you to love your jewelry.

• Handmade and personalized items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  
• If something isn’t right, please email me within 3 days of receiving your package (with photos of the issue). I’ll be happy to repair or replace it.
  
• Requests after the 3-day window may still be possible, but fees may apply depending on the piece.
